• Question: Do you consider your job to be difficult at times?

      I would rather say challenging at times – there are many challenges to overcome, resolve, find alternative solutions … In other words – Engineering 😉

      Yes, Sometimes but in different ways. My job can be difficult at times because what I am doing is a complex problem to solve, but I quite enjoy that. My job can also be hard when it comes to balancing the time pressures on me and how those relate to getting on with the rest of my personal life. That can quite easily negatively affect my motivation which makes doing my job harder.

      Yes, or indeed challenging as the others have said. It wouldn’t be much fun if it weren’t difficult or challenging!
