Given proper live support systems, in theory there should be no limitation on how long we would survive there.

I’m not sure quite what you mean with this question, as astronauts have already lived in space on the ISS for hundreds of days at a time! There have been people living in space all the time since the year 2000! Actually outside of the space station though, in a space suit or something, it is very hard to eat while in the space suit (you can drink from a kind of straw leading to a pouch of drink stored inside the suit) so you are limited by how long you can put up with being in the suit and doing your work without having a proper rest and a meal.
