      I attended a school with the with the extended program in physics and mathematics. Then, in the university, I focused on the Space Communication Systems.

      I studied Geology and Music Composition! I spent about half my time doing geology courses, and the other half split between the music department and our music conservatory doing theory classes and history, and doing cello and composition lessons. I’m now doing a Ph.D. in planetary imaging.

      I did an Engineering Apprenticeship (already in the Space Industry) and attended College at the same time (1 day and evenings), then I did an MSc in Astronautics and Space Engineering

      At GCSE my optional subjects were Art, Design Tech, French and German. I loved being creative and also languages. I also did the more standard Triple Science, Maths, English Lit and Lang, and RE.

      For A levels I carried on my Design Tech and French, and also did Maths and Physics.

      I went to University where I studied Mechanical Engineering.
